​The Heritage Transport Show is a celebration of classic and vintage cars, motorcycles, tractors, steam, stationary engines, commercial and military vehicles. Joined by the South East Bus Festival, the event also brings a huge number of buses and coaches from across the South East and beyond.

With a superb collection of local crafters and artisans, you can expect to find some unique, quality hand-made gifts for friends, family and maybe yourself. Local food and drink will be available as well as our ‘pop up’ tea room serving delicious cakes.

300 exhibitors with a wide variety of goods on display and for sale. The features of the show include the floral marquees with their stunning floral displays including medal winners from Chelsea. The garden exhibitors have all manner of gardening goods for sale and include over sixty nurseies. There is a craft pavilion, food hall, brass band and children's rides.

The region’s showcase event for farming, agriculture and countryside life. For three days a year, animals, horses, vintage vehicles, retail stands and much more converge on the stunning surroundings of the Kent Showground for a celebration of the best in the county.

With over 30 full size steam engines taking part in arena events, steam ‘working area’ with threshing machines and saw benches, a Victorian Fair complete with Carousel and traditional side shows, over 60 scale steam engines and ride on railway, classic cars, stationary engines, commercial, farming, military vehicles and stalls, there really is something for everyone. 

We have lots of exciting woodland demonstrations taking place over the weekend, including wood turning, furniture making, spoon carving, willow weaving, campfire cooking, pole lathe turning, as well as vintage tractors and a fantastic display of stationary steam engines.

The main arena attractions run throughout the day, offering non-stop entertainment. New for 2025, we’re thrilled to welcome Adam’s Axemen Display Team! Other highlights include the Kent Falconry Centre Display Team, the Mini Pony Show, Ferret Racing, the Dog and Duck Show, and the ever-popular Fun Dog Show (Sunday only). We’re excited to be joined by Øst Centingas Living History Society again this year, bringing their fascinating Viking Encampment to the event. Get ready for a fun-filled programme packed with excitement!
